Yankee Point Sailboat Marina is located on Myer Creek, a tributary of the Corrotoman and Rappahannock Rivers in Lancaster County, Virginia. Lancaster is in the heart of the Northern Neck which is the peninsula formed by the Rappahannock and Potomac Rivers. It is also the land that time forgot!

We like to think of Yankee Point Sailboat Marina as our little slice of heaven because just being here relaxes you. We are one with the environment and every day is one of wonder and joy. To paraphrase an old quote, a bad day in the Northern Neck is better than a good day in any city!

You must experience it to believe it. Come on down and see us. We are a full service marina and boat yard. Chesapeake Bay Magazine Readers have voted our yard and marina consistently Best of the Bay for General Repairs, and Yacht Carpentry in 2004 and voted Yankee Point Sailboat Marinas Hospice Turkey Shoot Hospice Regatta (the second largest Hospice Regatta in the country), Best Regatta or Race Series also in 2004. In 2005 we were voted Best Mom and Pop Marina! We can do what you need to have done and we will do it the way you expect it to be done at a fair price. All repairs are made to ABYC specifications. We are skilled and schooled in Awl Grip painting, fiberglass and wood repairs, diesel and gasoline engine repairs and repowering, rigging, sail and canvas work, electrical and electronics installation. Our yard rates range from $35 to $60 per hour depending upon expertise required. We have well over one hundred years of combined expertise to give you what you want, a job well done.

Our marina services include 105 wet slips (from $775 to $2400 per year), dry storage for well over 200 boats ($2.75 per foot per month), a ships chandlery, head and shower facilities, a guest cottage, dinghy docks and dry storage, free pump out, gas and diesel fuel, a boat launching ramp, a 10 ton hydraulic lift and a 40 ton travel lift.

We are an easy sail from both Annapolis and Hampton Roads but we must warn you, when you get here, you wont want to leave. Come join our family! And don't miss our annual Turkey Shoot Hospice Regatta for Classic Sailboats at the end of September each year!
